Non-Discriminatory Policy: Living Oaks Academy admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or extra-curricular and other school-administered programs.

The process for admission includes the submission of an application, a placement test if applicable, and a shadowing/interview day. Scores of this test, transcripts of previous scores and achievements, and the personal interaction will determine admission and placement.

 

Admissions, enrollment, and dismissals are an administration of the school directly supervised and implemented by the Administrators. Living Oaks Academy practices open enrollment throughout the academic year for full-time.

 

Though we will strive to find every possibility of meeting the spiritual, academic, and physical needs of every student who applies, in order to protect the best interest of the student, we do reserve the right to refuse enrollment if we determine that we are not adequately equipped to meet his or her special needs.

Copies of the following documents will be requested by Living Oaks Academy as an upload.  If that is not possible, the documents may be mailed or brought to the school. Please be sure that each document is clearly marked with your child's full name.

- Birth Certificate
- DHEC Immunization record
- all transcripts from previous schools or home school records
- contact information for the previous school
